Pamela R. Hardy
Founder and Managing Director of The Hardy Group, LLC
Pamela R. Hardy, Founder and Managing Director of The Hardy Group, LLC, is an organization development practitioner, Advisor, an Executive Coach, with a particular emphasis in Experience Design. Her visionary approach to talent development is guided by her commitment to empowering people to achieve their highest self professionally and personally. Ms. Hardy understands that her role as a consultant is to help facilitate growth by helping leaders, teams, and organizations to navigate and discover solutions ranging from coaching to organizational development, to shifts in workplace culture. The Hardy Group was founded with the desire to help cultivate, value, and embrace inclusive, diverse, and accessible workplace cultures where all talent can thrive.
Expertise
Learning and memory are activated by experience and experience significantly influences our connections, feelings, and attitudes. Pamela leverages her expertise in Experience Design to support organizations in curating multi-media, multi-sensory, learning and development experiences that are individualized, intentional, and inspirational.
Experience
Over the past twenty-five years, Pamela has worked with executive teams and organizations to build leadership effectiveness, organization capability, and wholescale change. She has experience working with diverse organizations and industries, including Fortune 500 companies. Pamela held leadership roles in Human Resources and Talent Development at Xerox Corporation, Fannie Mae, SAIC, and Marriott International. Prior to forming The Hardy Group, she held leadership roles in Human Resources in not-for-profit healthcare organizations in Northern Virginia and the Carolinas.
Credentials
Pamela holds a MS in Organization Development from American University in Washington, DC and a BS in Business Administration from Marymount College of Fordham University with a concentration in Management and a minor in Humanities.
